Adult Day Services
Adult day services at Green Leaves ADHC offer a “home away from home” for up to 20 older adults and disabled adults daily. Services in our center are provided by fully trained staff and a registered nurse, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Experience the brighter side of caring with the personalized support of our hands-on, compassionate adult day center team. Everything we do centers around helping our clients maintain independence and dignity. Adults with Down syndrome, autism, and developmental or intellectual disabilities, in addition to older adults with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias, receive active support in multifaceted ways throughout the day. Our clients and their caregivers appreciate the confidence of having direct access to specialized adult day health care. Participants also enjoy having a day full of stimulating activities that keep them engaged.
Our highly qualified, caring staff assist with medical needs and coordinate care with physicians and other health care professionals. The adult day health center provides an atmosphere of uniquely engaging cognitive and physical activities that fit an individual’s needs and interests. Our participants benefit from ongoing mental and physical stimulation to improve their overall quality of life, health and daily functioning.
