Green Leaves Adult Day Healthcare Louisville Ky
Professional, Compassionate Care at Our Day Center or in the Family Home
Often, older adults are not able to stay in their own homes. Whether due to their frailty or other medical conditions, it becomes unsafe for the individual to live at home alone. Green Leaves ADHC and in-home care services can give older adults the option to live independently at home. To make this possible, we offer assistance with activities of daily living, respite care and other services in a safe, caring environment, as well as in the participant’s own home. Transportation is available.

Why Families Choose Green Leaves ADHC Services
We provide professional assistance with:
Companionship: Research cited by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that 25% of adults over 65 are considered socially isolated. Research also shows that loneliness and social isolation increase risks for other health conditions, including depression. Services offered by Green Leaves can make a positive difference to adults who otherwise may feel socially isolated.
Mediating depression: According to the National Institute on Aging, it is common for older adults to experience depression. By reducing social isolation and loneliness, high-quality care services can help mediate the symptoms of depression and increase overall well-being.
Implementing prescribed orders and treatments: Our caregivers often play an important role in helping adults manage their medications and other prescribed orders and treatments.
Veterans benefits, including qualifying for veteran aid and attendance: Many people who may be eligible for veterans benefits may not be aware of these services. Green Leaves ADHC has a comprehensive understanding of veterans benefits and can help you or your loved ones apply for services.
Financing long-term care services: It can be a challenge to understand all that is involved in paying for long-term care services. Green Leaves ADHC is here to help you navigate this process.
