Green Leaves ADHC

Home Care

Our attendant care services support older adults in their homes through the help of an aide. A caregiver visits daily or weekly to assist with activities, including:

  • Personal care, bath and tuck services
  • Cleaning/light housekeeping
  • Medication reminders
  • Planning and preparing meals
  • Laundry, shopping, running errands, and escorting to appointments
  • “Welcome back” after hospital stays
  • Specialty care: Alzheimer’s, Diabetes and Parkinson’s

Home care aides also provide friendship and support for loved ones who may be isolated through age, infirmity or disability. Services are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and can be scheduled based on the needs of each family.

We are here to help when it has become a struggle to balance activities of daily living and maintain a home, whether due to chronic illness or the challenges of aging. Green Leaves offers in-home care, lifting that burden for families and their loved ones. Green Leaves caregivers work with our clients on an ongoing basis to help restore, maintain and promote the individual’s health while they remain comfortably settled at home.

Green Leaves ADHC can accept a variety of payment options:

Insurance

We have a working relationship with various insurance providers that may cover adult home care services for our clients. Where applicable, we will work with our clients to bill the insurance provider directly to ensure claims are being processed in a timely manner and minimize out-of-pocket expenses.

Medicaid

We participate in state Medicaid programs. These programs offer a variety of care options for eligible clients. Contact the Green Leaves office for more details.

VA Benefits

We are contracted with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to provide home care services. Call the Green Leaves office for more details.

Private Pay

Many families and clients opt to pay privately instead of working through an insurance provider. Contact the Green Leaves office for our rates and information on flexible payment schedules. Note: Private pay expenditures may qualify as tax-deductible medical expenses. Please consult with your tax adviser regarding your personal situation.
